Mary Lou Perelmutter, Psy.D., LMFT, LPCC - Clinical Director

After Action Women

Originally from New York City and now based in Los Angeles,
Mary Lou, armed with a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate from The Chicago School for Professional Psychology,
offers years of expertise in mental health and substance abuse across various levels of care.

Siri Sat Khalsa, MD - Medical Director

An experienced Addictionologist with over a decade of expertise in detox and addiction treatment, particularly for first responders. Transitioning from a decade in family medicine to specialize in addiction, she employs a comprehensive treatment approach focusing on safe detox, mental health support, and long-term sobriety strategies.

Mayra Bonilla - Director of Nursing

Mayra brings over 17 years of healthcare experience to support first responders with addiction and mental health challenges. Her work, characterized by a strong belief in recovery and compassionate care, spans managing patient care activities, staff education, and fostering a collaborative environment for patients' successful recovery journeys.

Melinda Drake, LCSW - Program Director

Eric Chaghouri, MD - Psychiatrist

UCLA alumnus and Summa Cum Laude graduate in Biology. After earning his medical degree and completing a residency and a forensic psychiatry fellowship at USC, he has built a successful practice in Southern California specializing in psychiatric and addictive disorders, alongside working with legal entities and major TV networks on psychiatric consultations.

Bonnie Eckman - Sensory Specialist

With over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction recovery and a background in occupational therapy, specializes in sensory modulation for PTSD and trauma. She is an active mental health advocate, having presented at notable conferences and serving as the UOTA Mental Health Liaison, with a particular focus on developing programs for first responders at AM Healthcare.

Stephanie D’Avignon - Case Manager at After Action Women

A graduate in Social and Behavioral Sciences from California State University, Monterrey Bay, Stephanie has progressed from working with children and adolescents to focusing on adult populations in behavioral health across Southern California. She is dedicated to empowering first responders by coordinating resources for their recovery journey, advocating for their self-worth, confidence, and passion for a renewed sober life.

Jacqueline Hylton - Lead Tech

With a comprehensive background in the mental health and substance abuse sector from case management to counseling and operational roles in both public and private luxury rehabs, Jacqueline brings significant expertise to her work, including teaching meditation as a strategy for mental health maintenance and relapse prevention.

Christine Hoyle - Tech Supervisor

Tech Supervisor at AM Healthcare since 2021, Christine brings personal insight and a deep commitment to mental health from her experiences as the adult child of an addict, inspiring her to lead and support both clients and staff in recovery efforts. Currently pursuing a psychology education, she is also RADT-certified, underscoring her dedication to the field.
